ICM Capital Limited (Saint Vincent) is incorporated in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, and regulated by the Financial Services Authority of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines “FSA” under Number: 23683 IBC 2016.
The Financial Services Authority “FSA” is the national authority responsible for regulation and supervision of the international financial services sector and the non-bank financial institutions of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines.
“FSA” was created by Parliament to institute a new system to manage, direct control and supervise the international financial services industry and domestic non-bank institutions in this country, and its role is clearly defined by the governing statute – The Saint Vincent and the Grenadines Financial Services Authority Act, 2011.
The mission of “FSA” is to regulate and supervise the international financial services sector and the non-bank financial institutions in accordance with the various governing legislation and best international practices to ensure that these sectors are reputable and contribute to the economic and social development of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines.
